Brilliant, one of the most respected and rapidly growing agencies focused on family-oriented brands whose motto is “Work Hard - Play Hard - Laugh Hard”, seeks a Full-time Press Coordinator to help support the agency’s growing, award-winning full funnel marketing agency. This position will be need to be able to work Eastern or Central hours.

What You'll Do:

• Media + Earned Influencer Relations:  
  • Pull and manage media and influencer databases.  
  • Draft and distribute pitches/press releases/media alerts; Conduct follow up and monitor for coverage.  
  • Build relationships with key journalists and influencers. 
  • Coverage monitoring
  • Inbound influencer and media inquiries
  • Sample requests
• Client Management
  • Calendar invites and call reminders
  • Research projects
• Creative Ideation:  
  • Participate in brainstorms and contribute creative ideas for client campaigns, new product launches, pitch angles, etc.
• Events/Activations:  Assist in research, planning, and execution of virtual or live press media & influencer press events, creative media mailers, etc.  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 internships in PR or relevant consumer goods industries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for staying ahead of trends
